I studied Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning at UConn, have worked with division 1 and professional athletes, in 5 physical therapy centers, and have individually trained dozens of people in my 7 years at Equinox. The diversity of my experience has allowed me to do what I think is most important: instead of forcing an unsustainable lifestyle that works for "me", I meet my clients where they're at and work to build habits that make sense for them.

Online coaching allows me to help more people. I'm limited in-person with hours available per day, and the costs of in-person training are often too high for many. Online coaching also allows for flexibility for time/schedule and to leverage tech as a way to track nutrition/activity. I know my style of coaching can be a bit different, we don't need perfection and we can work around our vices. Digital allows me to connect with more people who have a similar outlook and goal on life: balance.
