online coaching?
You’re probably here because you found me online and want to get fit enough to feel like an athletic snack…without giving up the vices that you love (like take out, Oreos, or a good brunch party). I studied Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning at UConn, trained collegiate + professional athletes, and trained clients just like you for the last 10+ years to most efficiently use the time that you have to achieve your goals without giving up what you love.
Online coaching allows me to help more people. I'm limited in-person with hours available per day, and the costs of in-person training are often too high for many. Online coaching also allows for flexibility for time/schedule and to leverage tech as a way to track nutrition/activity. I know my style of coaching can be a bit different, we don't need perfection and we can work around our vices. Digital allows me to connect with more people who have a similar outlook and goal on life: balance.
1. What does coaching include?
A customized meal plan where we do the macro/calorie tracking for you, a personal workout plan that balances strength, cardio, and your lifestyle. Weekly check-ins for accountability and direct messaging to answer your training questions, strategize for a bachelorette party, or just shoot the shit.
2. What if I have an injury or a restriction?
I've been helping clients transition from physical therapy rehab to normal performance for a decade, so we got you.
3. Can I eat out and drink alcohol?
Wouldn't be very on-brand if not…
4. What is the most common feedback/results you see from your clients?
”I'm surprised I can eat this much and still lose weight”, ” These workouts are super efficient”, or “why the f*ck is my a$$ so sore?”
5. Why don’t you post client transformations?
While I know transformation photos sell well (and nothing against them) your journey is your own, and I’m invested in your long-term change rather than shooting for a short-term goal. Your privacy is also paramount to me, and I don’t wish to break that trust just so I can get a few more clients.
6. Will I be working directly with Ideen?
So I can best understand, relate to, and serve your needs, I (Ideen) work with two overqualified female coaches, one who is a registered dietician (Rachel) and one who is an exercise specialist (Linea) as a team. Together, the 3 of us will coach you so we can give you the best experience possible.
